We are pleased to be able to offer two adjacent two bedroom apartments in a purpose built building located in a quiet side street just 50 metres from the water front and glorious town beach.

We also offer a lovely one bedroom apartment in a converted Victorian house with wonderful views of Swanage bay through bi-fold doors and the decked balcony, yet still just 200 metres from the centre of the town and the sea front.

All of our apartments are light and airy with lovely open plan living areas, Each have modern contemporary furniture and luxurious bedding and bed linen.

Those who have been to Swanage previously will know the town and the surrounding areas as a beautiful holiday destination for all ages, offering a multitude of events and interests with something for everyone. For those visiting for the first time, we believe it will not be your last!

In the heart of the Isle of Purbeck, Swanage has a year long program of events, ranging from numerous music festivals, Fish Festival, RNLI Lifeboat Week, Pirate Festival and of course the renowned Swanage Carnival Week!
About the Owners
We are a group of friends who have all moved to Swanage over the past 12 years and decided to embark on a business venture together to provide holiday accommodation in Swanage of a type and quality we would want and expect ourselves.
